We're currently looking for a M365 Functional Consultant on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the IT Department. We operate a hybrid working model and are flexible on the location of this role.


The job
Reporting to the M365 Technical Platform Lead, on a day to day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

  • Oversee the technical translation of and alignment to IT strategic direction for M365 Manage the development of M365, focusing on the maturity of SharePoint and Teams
  • Oversee the development of M365 in support of organisation's strategy, change and financial plans
  • Oversee the development of M365 capability(s) for the IT directorate
  • Ensure that the M365 practice(s) develops continuously so that the right tools, methods, and skills are in place to support business outcomes and provide a consistent level of service to the organisation.

The person
We're looking for someone who has the following experience:

  • Experience of leading governance, development and support across the whole of the M365 suite of technologies
  • Experience of working in organisations undergoing significant transformation Experience across all aspects of the M365 technologies, with focus on SharePoint and Teams
  • Experience of developing the workplace technology experience across an international organisation
  • Knowledge of other key ACCA technologies e.g. Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, Mulesoft, Adobe AEM, AWS these are all desirable
  • Strong influencing skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders with the ability to provide clear and nontechnical advice/interpretation of complex information
  • Stakeholder management and reporting up to CoE Manager and director level
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with ability to think laterally and conceptually.
