We are looking for
bakery assistant to join our multi-award winning team. MCB is a north Cotswold based bakery.

We create handmade 'real' artisan products suppling; local shops, delis and some of the Cotswold's best pubs, hotels and restaurants.

This role supports and works across the entire bakery. Some of the role will involve cleaning mixers, baking trays and sourdough bannetons.

As well as to learn how to correctly dust bannetons, divide sourdough, stretch and fold sourdough, amongst other skills as part of our bakery team.

There is an opportunity to progress your skills to be a junior baker if that is of interest. This is the perfect job for someone who has the willingness to learn and evolve.

Shifts are from Sunday night to Friday night.

Starting salary £11.65 per hour, with a pay increase after 12 weeks, min 50 hours a week, with an opportunity for more hours.

We are in a beautiful rural location, so you must be able to drive.
