Sales Administrator

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
At Cox London we design and produce individual pieces and limited-edition designs commissioned by interior decorators, collectors and discerning private individuals worldwide. Our showroom is located in the sought-after London Belgravia design district of the Pimlico Road which attracts a discerning and vibrant clientele.
The Role
The position is based between our London Belgravia showroom in the heart of the sought-after Pimlico Road Design District and our buzzing North London Design Studio.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay uptodate with new products and features.
- Offer exemplary personal pre and aftersales experience.
- Support Sales Managers with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely, professional manner.
- Use of Outlook, Word, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Skills (Essential)
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ensure targets are met and report any deviations.
- Interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and methodical.
- Confidentiality.
- Technology (Microsoft and CRM Systems).
Knowledge and Experience (Desirable)
- Certification in Sales, Marketing or relevant.
- 2 years of administration experience in highend sales environment.
- Experience in sales order processing.
- Brand awareness and understanding.
- Proactive and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.
- Adaptable to meet the needs of the business.
- Experience in exports.
- Expertise in Time Management.
Qualifications (Desirable)
BA/MA in Administration/arts management/business studies/fine art/visual art/marketing and sales or modern languages/Curating and Collections
Salary:
From £28,000.00 per year
