Key responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the credit control process and ensuring timely payment of debts
  • Performing credit checks on new customers and managing credit limits
  • Resolving billing disputes and negotiating repayment plans
  • Preparing reports detailing aged debt and customer credit situations
  • Working alongside the finance team to achieve departmental objectives
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes

The Successful Applicant:


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive approach towards work and problemsolving
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures
