Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the credit control process and ensuring timely payment of debts
- Performing credit checks on new customers and managing credit limits
- Resolving billing disputes and negotiating repayment plans
- Preparing reports detailing aged debt and customer credit situations
- Working alongside the finance team to achieve departmental objectives
- Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- The ability to work under pressure
- A proactive approach towards work and problemsolving
- Knowledge of credit control procedures
