Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Development Exec to join our successful public sector team, cross-selling and up-selling our saas portfolio into MATs and public sector education.

This position will be fully remote, responsible for managing some of our key customers across the UK.

What will you be doing?


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To achieve 100% recurring revenue, spend within assigned account portfolio
  • To achieve additional, spend target within account portfolio by upselling and cross selling from the IRIS portfolio
  • Developing long term strategic relationships with account base.
  • Excellent deal management and stakeholder management.
  • Accurately forecast the monthly and quarterly revenue.
  • Owning data quality in CRM/pipeline reports for all opportunities and leads, ensuring accuracy of sales stage, deal size, close date and next actions
  • Working with each account to produce annual account plans that achieve growth aligned to the targets
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to uphold excellent customer service acting as a guardian of the customer experience.
  • Understanding the product landscape of solutions and services and how they fit in the marketplace.
  • Embracing and enhancing the team ethos.
What skills and experience do you need to have?

We're looking for someone with the ability to:

  • Develop sales accounts and deliver / exceed sales targets
  • Confidently build relationships with customers at Director / Executive / C-Level
  • Manage and grow sales accounts
  • Understand Software / SaaS sales
