The Role:
The Regional Account Manager role is field based and you will be covering the South West territory which encompasses: South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Hampshire.
Your ideal location will be onehour of Bristol. You will be responsible for your own journey planning. This is a hybrid role of customer account management and generating new business. Your account management focus is developing the existing portfolio and gaining product share. This isa very active role and you will be out meeting customers on a daily basis.Your client base is very wide from selling to an independent businesses to chains and department stores such as House of Fraser, John Lewis, Next, Leekes and Mamas & Papas.
You willact like a business consultant and advise your customers and how to enhance sales and advise them of their new products.
Your approach should be customer orientated and always put the client first.The Company:

The company is extremely stable and they are recruiting due to a period of organic growth.We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A field sales background in account management with a proven track record of developing an account base
- It would be ideal if you have sold into the following businesses: Retail independents, chains, department stores
- You could have sold soft furnishings, giftware, glassware, kitchenware or any nonfood items into the retail sector
- Good at managing relationships but also not afraid to ask for the sale on the day

South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Hampshire
Salary:
£35,000-40,000 Bonus of £10,000 plus car
