Description

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in an arts in health project which promotes visual arts and physical activity.

We are seeking an experienced, sensitive and flexible graphic designer to work on this project.

You will be responsible for the overall design of plaques, posters and maps for our newly developed NUH arts trails.

You will be creative, organised and passionate about the benefits of arts and physical activity in an acute healthcare setting.

This is a paid post running between February-June 2023 for a total of hour working days.

You will be on an honorary contract with the Trust as a freelancer and your post will be funded by Arts Council England and Nottingham Hospitals Charity.

  • To work with the Arts Trails project team and public in the creation of plaques, posters and maps.
  • To create a map for each trail that can be accessed both physically and digitally, and can be adapted to changes and growth of the arts trails over time.
  • To engage with NUH communications team to ensure all materials meet NUH standards for branding and accessibility.
  • To be responsible for working to a budget and allocating resources for the delivery of the project.

You will be working on a freelance basis under an honorary contract with the Trust.
