Citizens Advice North Yorkshire is looking for a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist to work across North Yorkshire and York.

The role will be a mixture of telephone based and face to face guidance, with the option of working from one of our North Yorkshire offices (Northallerton, Richmond, Malton, Scarborough, Selby, Harrogate, Whitby and Skipton) and/or at home as well as in our outreach venues.

Pension Wise is a free and impartial government service that offers people guidance on their defined contribution pension options.

You'll be expected to supply accurate and relevant information and guidance on pension options and choices, ensuring that consumers understand the full implications of their pension choices.

You'll need to have a good foundation knowledge of pension law and practice, as well as a thorough understanding of a broad range of pension arrangements.

It is essential that you can attend an online induction programme starting on
13th March 2023. The course lasts 3 weeks, on a full-time basis.
