Delivery Manager

We are currently working with a fantastic organisation in London who are recruiting for a Delivery Manager to have oversight of numerous IT projects that are currently underway and to lead the Product team through their backlog.

Core deliverables of this post include:

Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
Helping the team focus on creating highvalue features
Removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress which will include soliciting support from teams
Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time frame
Promote and facilitate continuous improvement by hosting open, fair and transparent sprint retrospectives
Monthly reporting of projects and deliverables
Help find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
Managing stakeholder engagement, working closely with the Product Owner to translate their vision

Experience required:

Previous experience in a Delivery Manager role
Experience in leading teams through endtoend product lifecycle delivery
Substantial experience in delivering various Products and Projects within time frames
Previous experience in leading expectations and product delivery between various and sometimes conflicting IT Functions such as Engineering, IT Operations and Tech portfolio teams
Be able to influence and persuade various moving parts/ teams/ stakeholders in a complex environment

- _Previous Experience in D365 delivery is desirable_
