We are looking for a
Resource Database Administrator to join our Oxford office to support our on-going work in the battle againstHIV and AIDS in over 60 countries globally.


Job Description Summary

  • Ensure the consultant database meets GPDR rules and implement a system to ensure this occurs.
  • Ensure all consultants on the consultant database have undertaken the required mandatory training and that their certificates are stored on the database.
  • Ensure all consultants have two references saved on the consultant database.
  • Implement a system whereby all consultants have an uptodate (less than two years old) CV saved.
  • Implement a system whereby all consultants information is accurate (e.g. correct contact details, education certs).
  • Implement a system whereby consultants with poor performance, based on feedback, or other concerning issues are recorded confidentially on the consultants database.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent working knowledge of Sharepoint and Excel
  • Experience in database management
  • Experience in proposing and undertaking systems changes to improve how data is stored

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
