Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinatorto join our supportive and talented central team. We are a growing organisation, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students' learning.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave, working 27 hours per week all year round.

Actual starting salary is £18,060 per annum.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 11 January 2023.


You will be contracted on a hybrid working model which includes the variety of working from home, office-based working and academy visits.

We believe in a flexible working approach. Contracted days and structure of working hours is flexible and open to discussion at interview stage.


What we are looking for:


The post holder will ensure all procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with CLF policies and requirements, Department for Education (DfE) guidance and appropriate legislation.

Opportunities will also be provided to become involved in HR related projects.

This is a hugely rewarding position which provides variety as well as a flexible working pattern. You will be a part of an extremely supportive team. The successful applicant will be working across a number of locations including working from home. They will also be based within the central office and across academy sites.
