Salary:
£27,000.00

We are looking for an Area Supervisor to assist our Regional Manager in the areas surrounding North West, such as Manchester, Merseyside and Warrington.

Area Supervisor Responsibilities:

Ensure provision of fullservice delivery across the site as per contract specification
Ensure the cleaning specification and associated agreed services fully delivered to consistently high standards and meets the customer requirements.
Ensure quality standards are met through regular audits and inspections.
Assist with management responsibilities including recruitment, HR, Training, Payroll, grievance, H&S compliance across the site and disciplinary issues.
Continually review to improve productivity whilst maintaining cleaning standards.
Ensure all documentation is uptodate and current as per company standards.
Able to cover cleaning work in order to meet the cleaning standards on site, if required.

Area Supervisor Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive cando attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office functions
Experience managing staff, client relations, staff
Versatility and a strong work ethic
Lead by example
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to motivate and prioritise tasks
Able to use buffers, carpet machines, rotary washers etc

A driving licence is essential for this position.
