B A Joinery is a specialist joinery manufacturing company established in 2008. Located at a 40000 square ft premises at Purvis Building, Leeholme Road, Billingham, TS23 3TA. We offer a full fit out service to our clients, including design, manufacture and installation.As well as having a strong reputation built on traditional values of craftsmanship, we also strive simultaneously to achieve and sustain social, economic, health, safety and environmental targets.
- Assisting the estimators with all aspects of administration
- The management of the estimating registers
- Downloading of all tender information
- Printing of architectural drawings/tender documents
- Creating both electronic and manual project files
- Issuing out drawings to the relevant suppliers
- Chasing supplier quotations
- File maintenance
- Other general administration
Experience (desirable):
- An experienced administrator or an individual with previous experience within the joinery/construction industry in another field would be advantageous.
- Competency with basic Microsoft Excel
Skills / Qualities:
- Attention to detail
- Punctual with great organisational skills
- Confident with a pleasant outgoing manner
- Great communication skills
- Tenacious and enthusiastic
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise their own work load
Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
