Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Operative to join our client's growing Property Services team in Manchester, You'll be working within the private rented sector for a division of a well-established Estate Agency.

Working hours:

As a Maintenance Operative, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

The successful Maintenance Operative will be offered:

£25,000 basic
Company van
Company Phone
28 days annual leave rising with service (inc Bank Holidays)

To be considered for the role of Maintenance Operative you must have:

Full driving licence
High level of maintenance experience
Reliable and able to work alone
It would be an advantage if you have previous experience within a maintenance division for an Estate Agency or large company

As a Maintenance Operative your role will involve:

Carrying scheduled works to domestic properties
Basic maintenance work
Joinery work on residential properties
Collecting keys and travelling to different properties
Working with other maintenance operatives on other jobs
