Grade / Salary Range:30 hours, term time plus 2 INSET Scale 3 SCP 5-6 plus SEN Allowance days

Salary:
£14,667 - £14,934 plus £952 SEN Allowance (actual)

JOB PURPOSE

To support teachers and work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality education for the pupils of Addington School.

The role will involve assisting with the general management of pupils, preparing the classroom and setting out resources, supporting with pupils' individual needs and assisting with maintaining records of pupils' progress.

You will have access to excellent professional development centred on teaching strategies for children and young people with special needs and disabilities.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a caring and positive attitude who can remain calm under pressure.

With a flexible approach, you will be a good listener and committed to getting the best outcomes for our pupils.
