Please note in this role you will be required to work 42.6 hours a week, however this means that you get the full school holidays off.
You already have experience working with young people with BESD or ASD in a school or care setting. So you understand their developmental needs and what pastoral care entails. A good listener who can motivate and work in a team, you inspire young people to achieve. Flexibility and good organizational skills mean you'll be an asset to the Witherslack Group.

Oversands School is an independent, specialist residential and day school in rural Cumbria, providing high quality education for girls and boys aged 8 to 19.

The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with challenging behaviours, alongside a range of other associated conditions which can hinder academic progress.
