An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hard FM Performance and Quality Manager to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust at a time when we are strengthening our PFI Contract Managementperformance, compliance and quality assurance of the Trusts Hard FM services, d e l i v e r e d a c r o s s three separate PFI contracts at The John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in
Oxford.
You will ensure that all aspects of hard FM services meet the exacting requirements and standards set out in the PFI contracts, ensuring they are compliant and always delivered within an assurance framework.
You will be required to engage and work closely with a diverse range of colleagues, both within the PFI team,and also key teams across the Trust, including infection control and health and safety teams.
- A technically proficient individual, who has extensive knowledge of complex hospital engineering
- Broad based knowledge and understanding of hard FM delivery, performance and compliance,
complex environments
- Delivery of services through a PPP or PFI contract structure
- Engage with staff in a complex organizational setting, including clinical teams and display necessary
- Ensure hard FM performance is compliant and assured and demonstrate continuous service review and
- Ensure the hard FM services are audited for compliance against relevant standards, including

The post holder will work collaboratively to develop and maintain working relationships/partnerships with the various PFI contracting parties, the Trusts patient experience team and other colleagues to ensure the patient experience is at the heart of everything we undertake.
