Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a well-established building automation services company who have been trading for over 10 years.

Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Co-Ordinator to support their team in Leeds.

Main responsibilities for the Maintenance Controller role are:

Planning and scheduling maintenance, repairs, installations
Planning Engineers diaries according to Contract details
Ordering parts with support from the Maintenance Manager
Invoicing all works complete
Minute taking at team briefs
Adding projects to Sage, creating billing schedules and adding visit dates to diary
Initiating Maintenance reviews with the Account Manager to ensure accuracy
Have previous experience in a similar role
Have previous Sage experience (50 or 200)
Be able to work independently and on your own initiative
Be able to prioritise workload

In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £27,000. Working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm with drinks every Friday at 2pm

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
