Maintenance OfficerEVH Grade 7, PA £35,022 - £38,456 per annum plus 5.25% pay award from 1 April 2023)
Duration:
Permanent, 35 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to join our staff team.
The role of the Maintenance Officer is a key role within the maintenance team - the Maintenance Officer will provide operational direction and strong leadership for a team of maintenance staff.
Taking direct responsibility for the management of voids and cyclical contracts and ensuring the maintenance team supports the delivery of effective reactive repairs and investment works.
Operating within a strong performance culture you will drive forward service improvements through a culture of coaching, support and collaborative working.
You will empower your team to make decisions that put customers at the heart of service delivery, and you will drive an agenda that looks to challenge and improve services to the Associations' customers.
Salary:
£35,022.00-£38,456.00 per year
