We're building an evil army to take over the world (Mwahhahaha)That's more of a long-term goal though.

Due to popular demand, Caroo has launched a new managed service to help employers hire the right people FAST, at a fair price (well, an industry leading price).

And now we need YOU, to help us deliver that.

If you're a resourcer or junior recruiter looking to change the recruitment industry and help develop a technology platform that will become a household name for employers then read on....

What you'll be doing
We're looking for anyone with experience of being a recruitment consultant.

SOmeone who knows what good looks like when it comes to find the right people for the jobs employers bring us.

You'll be responsible for:

Working with our account management team to onboard employers and make them look fantastic.
Youll be reporting on your progress and helping us understand where you need support of the Caroo platform needs improvements.
You'll provide a best in class experience and service to make your employers love you.
You'll be involved in helping us understand where the Caroo technology needs improvements and communicating those with the software development team.
You'll be involved in helping to shape the future of the Caroo technology and experience for our users. As you speak to them daily you're in prime position to get feedback and help us understand how we build a solution that people love.

Who would this job suit?
Key attributes would be curious, persistent and proactive. If those attributes are good enough for Google, then they're good enough for Caroo. The following would also be helpful.

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
