The Role:


  • Uphold the billing system's integrity by meticulously documenting collection notes to reflect actions taken.
  • Analyse aged debt promptly and provide reporting tools as necessary.
  • Organise regular meetings with team leads responsible for generating revenue to review debt and maintain detailed reports.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes, or leverage existing best practices, to enhance credit control functionality.
  • Recommend strategies to management for improving internal processes to maximise productivity, work quality, and minimise revenue leakage.

The Person:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a credit control role, preferably within a law firm, demonstrating strong diligence and expertise in credit control procedures.
  • Excellent client service mentality, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in all aspects of credit control activities, with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, displaying professionalism and respect in all interactions.
  • Proactive and motivated attitude, eager to take initiative and contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.
  • Enthusiasm for working within a progressive and forwardthinking culture, demonstrating a willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
