The Role_


Responsible for design activity, which is focused on driving optimal business penetration, customer growth, Eunomia's ability to make an impact on the Environment, and market growth.

Managing design requests and executing design work to drive consultancy reputation, income generation, customer retention and renewal/upsell, working with Commercial, Corporate Communications, Finance, HR, Marketing and Operational management teams.

Includes all design work execution, including referring work to and managing agreed third party freelancers/agencies.


Detailed duties include:

  • Plan and deliver all design work for the business, from conception through to delivery across all media including video and digital
  • Manage assets and maintain quality file and asset storage and archiving
  • Complete mid and lower level artwork jobs to ensure high quality output for Consultants (i.e. InDesign based reports)
  • Designing and art working original pieces of work to agreed timelines and standards
  • Manage brand guidelines and assets which facilitate this (i.e. Word and PPT templates, image banks, etc)
  • Communicate and manage tasks, clearly communicating and managing timelines
  • Generate ideas/concepts to effectively communicate messages both internally and externally
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all studio projects (insourced or outsourced)
  • Stay uptodate with industry development and tools
  • Manage third party roster for incremental work scope based on skill gaps and timeline obligations
  • Ongoing management of external agencies and budgets

Experience Profile_

  • Established experience in Design role for similar organisations
  • Creatively inspiring and able to adapt this to various tasks
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the execution of design work
  • Experience in an Environmental role desirable, and if not offered, key to adapt to sensitive products
  • High quality deliverable mindset and ethos
  • Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills
  • The ability to articulate complex issues in a clear manner
  • Experience of successfully building and fostering strong team relationships
  • Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate good judgement
