Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
The main role of the job includes line management and support for Transactional Claims Analysts, assisting the Transactional Claims Manager, ensuring delivery of team's day-to-day activities, enhancing team capacity and capabilities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring adherence to KPIs.
Autonomy in Decision Making:
The job involves monitoring workload, managing team performance, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues when necessary.
Main Accountabilities:
- Motivating, supporting, and developing team members through effective line management.
- Securing and delivering the team's BAU activities.
- Collaborating with wider operational teams.
- Supporting any additional Transactional Claims Team (TCT) requests as required.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- People management skills.
- Technical knowledge of reinsurance and/or insurance claims handling.
- Familiarity with relevant systems.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and professionalism.
- Selfmotivation, willingness to learn, and positive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate integrity.
Salary:
£37,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
