To provide efficient administrative support and co-ordination in support of the Sectors to ensure
an efficient delivery of integrated services into the Barclays.
To be responsible for the overall administration of the support functions covering hard and soft
services ensuring ISS procedures are implemented and adhered to.


Key Responsibilities_

  • General office administration supporting the Sector Director, General Managers, Heads of
  • Departments, Facilities Management, Engineering teams and other ISS teams where
- required.

  • Administrative support around diary management, holiday tracking, meeting and events
- coordination for the Sector Directors and GMs.

  • Assist the UK Regional Technical Services Coordinator in recording of Training records in
- the training matrix and personnel files

  • Support the Regional Managers/Supervisor/Technical Managers with adhoc duties as
- and when required

  • General administrative support to the Sector Directors. Duties will include developing and
- maintaining all general documentation, preparing correspondence, reports and Excel
- reporting charts, arranging & attend meetings and taking minutes (as required)


Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Background in Construction/Engineering or Facilities Management administration
  • A team player
  • Good organisational & time management skills
