You will be comfortable working with a range of evidence and with analytical colleagues to assess the latest data on home ownership and build an understanding of the different drivers which affect home ownership such as housing supplies, mortgage availability.
You will also be able to develop expertise in different government schemes that support first time buyers, whilst also being able to work both flexibly and reactively, picking up new issues as they emerge and responding to changing priorities.
