What will you be doing?
As Engineering Manager, you will lead a dedicated-on site-based team and ensure resource(s) are utilised efficiently:
Ensure the complex delivery in line with customer SLAs (BAU and Project work)

Aligned to contractual deliverables, delivery against agreed metrics and to work in collaboration with the account and customer to drive continuous improvements.
Understand the relevant team process (Provide and Assure) and what part the team plays in that, driving the team to actively ensure that they contribute to their personal team and regional targets
Maintain team's readiness for QMS, BSI audits and ensure team works within and understands Vodafone's Health and Safety policy.
Input into Transformational activity and support any changes as a result
Demonstrates a strong bias for action, delivering against time, quality, and cost

Who are we looking for?

An individual with the following skills and attributes:

Technical / professional qualifications advantageous
Analytical mindset
ITIL Foundation level [desirable]
Experience of complex delivery in a secure environment.
Confident articulate manner
Competent technical background
Must Hold or could, obtain SC Clearance at minimum
DV Clearance could become a requirement
