We are looking for a Band 6 IPC professional to join our community team working across community services within NCA, to support the delivery of a high quality proactive IPC service.

You will inspire and motivate others, and act as a role model and a professional source of advice for staff, patients, relatives and members of the public when required.

Working in partnership with our local integrated care providers.

You will promote innovative, evidence based IPC practice to ensure safe service delivery and to support our staff to maintain high standards in IPC.

To ensure that IPC remains a highly visible service and an integral part of a robust patient safety programme.
