Do you want to be part of a genuine success story? An up-and-coming business is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Controller with career progression to Group CFO upon successful merger in the future.


Having become established in their field in recent years this success story is requiring a Senior Financial Controller to support the CFO & CEO transforming and moving this exciting business forward.


With an entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional track record either within a high transactional consumer business & you will either be experienced a similar industry OR have trained within the big four.

Experience with mergers and acquisitions would be abonus

Your responsibilities will include

Supporting the CEO and CFO as part of the management team providing valuable insight on financial information, challenging where required to ensure planned growth & profitability
Business planning and forecasting - manage and monitor performance against forecast
Financial reporting including implementation and timely delivery of monthly management accounts & reporting to the parent company
Support a business transformation and lead the finance function into a new era
Develop commercial reporting capabilities
Manage cashflow & working capital
Own Year End Financial reporting
Build and maintain relationships with the wider business joining up teams to drive the business forward
Manage 1 staff member and future growth of the team

To be successful, you will need:
Experience in a similar position
ACA/ACCA qualification
A willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and get involved
