Provide personal care and support good nutrition and hygiene for our residents. Be responsible for the resident during the shift and report any observations. work alongside senior carers and managers to manage risks and healthcare needs of the residentsfollow company policies and maintain standards actively participate in training and ensure all learning
To observe the physical wellbeing and reporting any significant changes in the residents wellbeing to the Senior Carer on duty
To move and handle residents with use of the equipment provided for this use
To help serve meals to the resident and assisting more dependent residents to eat when necessary
To be required to take on the role of key Worker for a group of residents
To attend and participate in Resident Care Plan and Staff meetings
