Description

Description:

Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2025

We are looking for an enthusiastic Events and Film Coordinator to join us for until March 31st 2025, to coordinate and facilitate event and film requests within the Park.

You will support the events team with coordinating and minuting meetings; coordinating schedules, park wide calendars and documentation; and coordinating inbox enquiries.

You will provide general administrative support so that the team can deliver effective, efficient events, and process film enquiries that come through to the Park throughout its busiest periods.

You will liaise closely with Event Managers and Film Location Managers to process all relevant H&S, legal and financial documentation.

Ideally, you will have some experience in working in outdoor environments and be looking to develop skills further.

Events and Filming take place all year round, with a certain amount of working taking place at weekends or in evenings so you may be required to work evenings/weekends to fulfil project needs.

Is it for you?:

You will have a positive, proactive attitude and experience working in an environment which concentrates on live external activity with both filming and events and an ambition to build on current experience.

You should have good time management, processing skills, and coordination skills; as we are a busy team, and have multiple filming, events, and calendar projects running simultaneously at various stages.

You will be adept at coordinating financial processes and will be able to actively participate in facilitating the documentation processes which are necessary to keep the team operational.

Taking pride in work that requires a high level of attention to detail is a must.

We lead in promoting a diverse and inclusive range of filming and events.

In this role, we are looking for a talented individual with relevant lived experience of working with diverse communities like those we serve in east London and who is looking to develop skills further.

How to apply:

Please note we do not accept CVs for any of our roles.
We would also appreciate it if you would take the time to complete the Equality and Diversity Monitoring section.

The information you give us will help us to refine our recruitment and employment practices and respond to the needs of the diverse range of people that our organisation comes in contact with.

All details that you provide will be kept in strict confidence and will not be viewed by any member of the selection panel.

Interviews will be taking place the week commencing Monday 14 August.

The interview will be in person at either our main office at Endeavour Square or in our Park HQ. The details of this will be confirmed should you be invited to interview.

If this all sounds good to you, we'd love to hear from you
