St Marys Care Home in Moston, Manchester are urgently recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager with an active NMC Pin.
St Mary's is a peaceful and welcoming purpose-built care home offering high standards of kind and considerate nursing and residential care.
We have the distinction of being one of only two care homes in the country to have an onsite chapel, which welcomes both residents and members of the public.
Registered Care Home Manager - The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational day to day management of the home so the best standards of care are always promoted and maintained.
In your role, you will continually assess and supervise the work of staff to ensure high standards of care and efficient running of the Care Centre in line with the Company's Policies and Procedures.
It is essential that you have knowledge in Marketing a Care Home and a proven track record of good CQC reports, compliance and registration.
