The Pantry are looking for an energetic and highly-focused Social Media & Marketing Assistant, who has a real passion for all things food and will help elevate our unique and eye-catching brand

The role will be client-facing, showcasing the unique way in which The Pantry delivers its services to our customers and will include content strategy & planning, content creation, community management, campaign activation, and strategy implementation - so you really will have a lot to get stuck into


The role will suit a person who preferably would like to work with a food-based brand, has experience in driving engagement campaigns, and has a genuine enthusiasm for making the role their own.

Overview

  • Lead Creative on written and digital content production
  • Drive brand awareness & increase engagement with our audience driving stronger connections & interactions
  • Develop strategies for growing reach inc. influencer marketing & advertising supported with plans for improving ROI
  • Create & produce a solid content plan weekly & monthly informed by results, new ideas and insight.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop engaging communication campaigns that help to achieve the strategic brand marketing goals
  • Maximise use of digital content & new technology
  • Effective community management
  • Be at the forefront of emerging trends proposing new ideas to management team for trial and development
  • Provide a monthly report to track progress and KPIs offering up suggestions for improvements and further investment / focus.

Essential Skills:

  • Marketing Graduate (ideally)
  • Has experience running social media campaigns with a specific directive (ideally), all sectors good but especially young, dynamic brands aimed at the High Street
  • Able to work within a 'House' style
  • Able to plan a social media calendar, including scheduled posts etc. and generate their own content ideas when required
  • Experience putting video packages together, whether as a marketing tool or through social media (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram Stories, Reels etc)
  • Confident Communicator and able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent photography skills
  • Equally comfortable working with a team and by themselves
  • Comfortable with Adobe Packages (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) ideal but not essential
- _Must_ be interested in food/cooking
