The opportunity:
working within a fast-paced environment the job holder will work with the Quality Manager providing support to the department on day-to-day tasks including administration of systems and support as appropriate for customer quality queries


How you will impact WestRock:


  • Creating and updating various reports daily/weekly/monthly
  • Provide data to business managers and sales teams
  • Respond to customer day to day queries
  • Raising and reporting deviations in the quality system (QPulse)
  • Supporting customer audits as requested
  • Updating and administrating procedures in the quality system (QPulse)
  • Working with the management and customer services teams

What you need to succeed:


  • Ability to operate Microsoft Excel/Word (Creating graphs/WI/Process Maps)
  • Eye for detail
  • Quality Conscious
  • Communication skills
