We are currently recruiting for a Site Production Manager to join our team in Sittingbourne.

Specific Responsibilities Include:


  • The development and promotion through effective communication of Company, Factory and Team plans and their focused implementation to achieve defined objectives.
  • People Management, motivation and structured development of the team through performance review to ensure delivery of objectives through team working.
  • The development of systems and standards to deliver worldclass standards of housekeeping within the manufacturing environment using 5S' principles.
  • Implementation and adherence of factory based Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures

Essential Qualifications & Experience:


  • A high degree of selfmotivation.
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience.
  • Be a natural coach, able to lead, motivate and develop a multiskilled team, ensuring they deliver all targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all departments and levels of the business.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse data to inform decision making.
  • Have the ambition and ability to progress into a senior managerial role.
  • Experience in continuous operation production process.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures.
  • A recognised Health and Safety Qualification, IOSH or NEBOSH. (Desirable but not essential)
