Due to our continued success and growing business demands we currently have a vacancy for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career, working on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK.

We are looking for project-orientated Surveyors committed to becoming fully qualified and chartered, or a graduate Surveyor showing excellent skills and aptitude across all maintenance, alteration, and new build projects.

With tasks including design, specificationand contract administration using JCT contracts.


We operate within a dynamic and collaborative team environment where several sub teams led by their team leader, managing client portfolios with cross team support and exceptional communication to provide a fully integrated department.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent with 5 years minimum surveying experience.
  • MRICS Chartered Building Surveyors preferred but not essential (full APC support given).
  • Experience of design, specification and contract administration using JCT contracts.
  • Clientfocused with excellent communication skills.
  • Education sector experience an advantage.
  • Good IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel systems
  • You will have a full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Excellent 'face to face' communication skills for representing the Practice in client facing environments.
  • A collaborative approach to achieving project and practice objectives.
  • Commitment to meeting project deadlines and Practice standards.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm


Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
