THE POSITION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


A rare and exciting opportunity has opened within OTSA, an award winning specialist sales and marketing agency representing a wide portfolio of international B2B exhibitions.


As a small team we work independently but with the support of each other to reach our personal and overall team targets.

By using a range of marketing tools, as well as face-to-face and telephone conversations, we create new opportunities in different industries and help our clients grow their trade shows internationally.


As the Project Executive you will be reporting to the Project Manager and supporting the team with general sales and marketing administration, social media, and ensuring that the CRM is always up to date.

You will also be looking after your own portfolio, selling exhibition space and visitor tickets to both previous and potential new customers.


By attending industry networking events and competitive events you will immerse yourself in your market to understand the trends and be able to identify commercial opportunities, gain industry feedback, as well as increasing your sector knowledge.

Your close relationship with the various international show teams for your portfolio, will build the bridge to other markets for your UK & Irish prospects.


The intial full-time fixed term contract is for 12 months, however there is a possibility that this will be extended.


COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent organisation skills, an eye for detail with an ability to see the big picture, prioritise tasks and manage workload.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive approach.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Knowledge and experience using CRM systems is preferable but not essential, training will be given.
  • Ability to nurture strong key client relationships.
  • Performance driven, focus on achieving goals and attaining commercial success with a desire to attract new business.
