As the Internal Change Communications Lead for our transformation project, you will be responsible for coordinating messaging globally across regions, countries and multiple workstreams and projects.

Your expertise in internal communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in ensuring effective communication and alignment of key messages.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various department leads, project managers, and executives to craft compelling communication strategies, create engaging content, and facilitate the flow of information throughout the global business.

We're transforming our group of companies - making them more integrated, with shared systems, teams and processes. It's a huge undertaking, but a meaningful opportunity to deliver real transformation and make our business fit for growth.

This will be a 6 month fixed-term contract.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to support the transformation project's objectives.

  • Understand communication needs and target audiences to ensure messaging is tailored and relevant.
  • Adopt and work within the groups tone of voice and communications principles.
  • Develop and execute effective change management communications plans to support smooth transitions during system migrations, process changes, and other transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and countryspecific communication teams to ensure global messaging is localized appropriately.
  • Adjust the approach based on stakeholder feedback regarding communications.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as an internal communications professional, ideally within a largescale transformation project or change management environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in change management communications, including communicating system migrations and process changes.
  • Global or multicountry communications experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design and multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and employees.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability for delivery.
