THIS POSITION IS IN SOUTH WALES
A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking to recruit warm, flexible, and motivated Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide person-centered care and support to people with challenges.
Take part in training as required
Provide care and support to service users
Listening to service users and Offering companionship
Meal Preparation
Help with shopping and supplies for service users
Documenting and reporting where appropriate
