Location:
Hybrid working between the Aldgate, London office and home.


Salary:
£22,800 - £24,000 pro rata for 21 hours per week. The FTE salary is £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.


Contract:
Fixed term until 31 December 2024 and part time (21 hours per week).

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs.

We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime.

We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.


As a People Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and managers across a range of HR functions.

Your main responsibilities will include providing expert advice on HR policies, managing employee relations, managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting people projects.

You will have excellent customer service skills, excellent IT skills and experience working at an advisory level with HR. You will be organised, a good communicator and a team player.
