We supply implant and instruments to the orthopaedic healthcare industry


Job description

  • Receive and record all orders received by the company and process these through to invoiced status
  • Arrange timely delivery of implants and instruments as detailed by customer's order
  • Comply with companies' procedures and specifications as defined by BQMS system, SOP and WI documents
  • Input and interrogate information within the companies ERP system
  • Receipt and inspection of returned loan equipment from hospitals, booking in and stock transfer as applicable
  • Prepare and check products for dispatch
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Maintain and provide key performance information for the department as requested by the Finance Manager and Office Manager
  • Comply with company procedures and specifications as defined by the Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Provide support to the sales staff and operations department
  • Offer full support to Office Manager

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £26,500.00 per year
