Description

The post holder will implement comprehensive and high quality support to the Lead Nurse AHP, Pharmacy and Health care scientist colleagues to develop and sustain effective job planning.


The post holder will provide overall management and support and ongoing development of the Allocate electronic non-medical job planning systems, along with associated procedures.

The postholder will keep updated with developments, changes in legislation, guidance etc. and incorporate them into trust processes, with support of the wider E rostering team, as appropriate.

The post holder will provide line management to the support staff within the non-medical job planning team and work closely with medical job planning colleagues to produce annual reports
- work with the Nursing, AHP, Pharmacy and Health scientist lead to implement and ensure policies and processes are in place, ensuring they are effective and meet legislation and national guidance and to provide assurance for the board.
- on behalf of the organisation, produce quarterly and end of year reports for NHS England (North) to provide the organisation's job planning performance
- hold operational responsibility to ensure the team has efficient and effective systems in place to meet the statutory requirements for revalidation and annual job plan reviews
- hold responsibility for the day to day running of the master vendor contract, including the implementation of system changes to the master vendor contract
- oversee the policies and processes relating to non-medical job planning, including the production reports relating to staffing rosters
