Description

Working on behalf of our client a market leading engineering company. We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor (Electrical or Mechanical) for a a permanent role.

Key Duties:

Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers completing installation work at client sites.
Coordinate and schedule installation activities to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
Provide onsite supervision to installation teams, ensuring work is performed in accordance with project specifications.
Lead and motivate site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and hazardfree work environment.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations.
Prepare daily progress reports, documenting work completed, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation.
SSSTS or SMSTS
NEBOSH and IOSH
C & G Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
Installation Experience
Previous Experience of working on national grid projects would be very advantageous
Willingness to work away from home in the week.
Full Clean Driving Licence
