Contact Centre Manager

Role Summary


The Aftersales will need to be able to work in a service team along with engineer technicians and other aftersales advisors.

Experience and is confident in their ability to deliver a strong customer focussed approach and the drive to exceed the customers' expectations.

Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers and handle the occasions difficult or angry client. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative. Strong organisation & time management skills.


The Aftersales advisor will also need to work on their own effectively as well as part of a close-knit team, working together to achieve the team and company goals, enhancing the standing and reputation of Chameleon Codewing.


  • Taking lead with customer complaints and being responsible to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist customer with any warranty claims whether product or installation related.
  • Supporting the bookings team members with any difficult area bookings.
  • Administration requirements such as engineer insurances, audits, holidays, hold slots authorised petrol codes.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and engineer support as necessary.
  • To ensure that all calls received are answered within 10 seconds in a professional manner and contribute to the departmental target of 90%.
