West Midlands
Full-time, compressed four day working week or nine day fortnight welcomed

We're now looking for a Talent Development Lead to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.


The Role

As the Talent Development Lead, you will implement a long-term training culture across our business through the development of online, external and inhouse training resources and events.

Managing our Learning and Development (L&D) programme, you will identify skill gaps and resolve them by delivering engaging power skills courses and training interventions.

Effectively managing our L&D budget, you will assess the capacity of training suppliers to meet our business objectives and, where possible, develop internal training professionals.

Additionally, you will oversee the training programme lifecycle, support the onboarding process and deliver career paths from apprentice to senior management.

About You
To be considered as the Talent Development Lead, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a talent development role, ideally as a lead or co-ordinator
  • A background in training
  • Previous experience of supporting and leading the delivery of power skills training
  • Indepth knowledge of training approaches and methods
  • The ability to develop relationships with internal managers and staff
  • The ability to deliver increased value to the business using a coach first approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • A full, valid driving licence
