The Role

BASE LOCATION:
Bellshill (on-site)


SALARY:
Depending on skills and experience

WORKING PATTERN:
Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)


Role Description
The Customer Service Administrator plays an important role on our service desk in the continued success of our business.


As a Customer Service Administrator you are expected to respond to calls from customers and effectively log cases into the system.

Delivering a high standard of excellent customer service in a positive and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Log and record customers issues accurately within the call logging system
  • Gather relevant information for the Support Consultants
  • Assist with new customer take on process
  • Represent the business with a positive attitude
  • Provide reception cover as and when required

  • Experience of working in a customer support role
  • Strong work ethic
  • A positive attitude and desire to provide customer service
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues and tasks simultaneously
  • A team player willing to contribute to the team
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions based on the facts presented
  • The desire to go the extra mile to provide great customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner

£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
