Description

As part of our front facing team at the hotel, you will be well presented, have an approachable personality.

You will be part of the duty management team and have responsibility for the hotel overnight in the absence of the senior management team.

You will be confident to lead the night team and support our guests with any request.

Responsibilities

Represent the senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel
Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
Compile adequate handover to Duty Manager
Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks to maintain guest and hotel safety and security overnight.
Assist with the overnight closedown and set up of functions and weddings.
Assist with any early morning guest requests such as room service orders.
Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas and spa to ensure they are guestready.
In the absence of the front office team, deal with any payments, bookings, arriving and departing guests.

Set working hours of 11 pm - 7 am.

Full time available - 5 days a week
