Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a Redditch based organisation who are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join them in their growth.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Group Head of IT based in Redditch. You will be a point of contact for enhancements and development opportunities relating to business systems across the business.

You will work closely with the end users and senior stakeholders on processimprovement projects, understanding the business needs and translating them into system requirements.

Working closely with our business system partners, you will encourage/promote the use of strategic systems

Job Accountabilities

Responsibilities

Production of functional training documentation
Delivery of functional training
Administration of related change management processes
Development of business reports
Supporting IT department projects

Experience

A minimum of 3 years supporting enterprise level ERP system (Oracle EBS 12.2 desirable)
Experience of report creation using BI reporting tools (splashbi/powerbi/SRSS) (essential)
WMS (warehouse management system)
Understanding of SQL (essential)
Development / programming experience
C#.Net (advantageous)
MES (manufacturing execution system) (advantageous)
