Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the Sales & Marketing Director and other members of the sales team producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the department.
- Record enquiries, sales orders, sample requests and customer service issues onto the business management systems either CRM (Salesforce) or the Internal Hub.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the sales management team as required.
- Receive inbound telephone calls from customers, suppliers and direct as appropriate.
- Receive telephone enquiries from customers regarding new and existing projects creating a data base for future use with mailshots.
- Liaise with the sales team daily.
- Register new orders within the company CRM system and internal folder structure.
- Receive, welcome and direct visitors around the business and provide hospitality as required.
KPI's:
- Number of enquiries logged and processed in the day.
- 2hour response time to customer enquiries.
- Stock sample requests to be processed and issued within 48hours.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Selfmotivated and organised individual that also offers excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong teamplayer with a drive to succeed.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of Sales Administration, however, training will be given.
- Advanced / Excellent Excel knowledge, V look up, Formulas, Pivot tables.

Salary:
£21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
