Are you working in audit and feel ready to move into a senior role with a clear route to Partnership? Are you frustrated with the lack of progression opportunities and feel ready to take on a new challenge? If so, then my client has a rare opportunity for you.

Our client is a highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants who pride themselves on providing an outstanding service to their clients and creating a supportive working environment for their staff.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruitan Audit Manager with a clear route to a Partner Designate role.

As Audit Manager you will be responsible for the management and completion of audits for small, medium and large companies and charities.

This will lead to you taking on a portfolio of independent examinations for charities, solicitors, accounts and tax workfor sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal tax return clients.

As the role develops you will have the opportunity to work with the Partners to build relationships with new and existing clients and manage a team within Audit and Accounts.

Over time you will also be able to contribute to the shaping and development of thefirm.

This Audit Manger role would ideally suit someone who is looking to become a Partner in the next - 4 years.

You will need to be ACA qualified with the ability to become an RI for audits. You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to develop andtrain staff.

My client is offering hybrid working but you will be expected to be in the office - 3 days a week.
