About the company & the job:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and social media strategies for both brands to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and attract new customers.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the brands in different markets and create a strong brand image.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners, to create a buzz around the brands.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to continually improve marketing and social media efforts.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Manage and grow the brands' social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, by creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and tracking performance metrics.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing and social media initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and social media, with a proven track record of success in promoting and growing brands.
- Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing marketing materials and social media content.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for travel and coffee industries and a desire to contribute to the growth of both brands.
